The amount of the advance payment is agreed with the manager. We will send you an e-check and invoice. If necessary, we can conclude an agreement with a detailed description of all the conditions of our cooperation.

The Personal Account section is powered by the Smartcat platform. This is a special translation cloud service designed for interaction between a customer and a translator. It is also easy to organize the localization of websites and applications through this platform (the API integration function is available). You can also pay for translations directly in your Account. The advantages of this type of cooperation is the reduction of time for our communication. You send us specific materials for translation, we confirm the order and translate. And you can control the process online. When the job is done, you should pay for the services with a credit card.

You receive an invoice from us and pay in a convenient way.

The finished translation will be sent to you in electronic form in a pre-agreed format (it can be a simple MS Word format or any other format that we work with). If necessary, the translation can be certified by a translator, and scans of certified translations can be sent to you.

Yes, we certify the translations made by us, but we can only provide you with such translations online in the form of a scanned document. Unfortunately, we can not yet provide you with certified hardcopy translations as we work online.
